Search and selection is the targeting of candidates that may not be made readily available through traditional recruitment methods. Our process is designed to attract high-level outstanding individuals to fill your more integral and often senior positions. This service is bespoke to the individual needs of each client but notably will include:
 
  • An initial consultation which will agree the specifics of the assignment including a full person specification. 
  • Liaison with third party companies and information managers to obtain specific industry and candidate profiles.
  • Design of a bespoke competency framework for each assignment, gaining full client approval.
  • All short-listed candidates are interviewed fully against the agreed specific criteria. These interviews will be face-to-face for all UK candidates unless otherwise agreed.
  • Interview management and advice.
  • Post project reports detailing approaches, interview numbers and candidate feedback.
